Irvin Rabinowitz
was a founding member of the original CPA firm that has now expanded
into the group of Companies that now are under the umbrella of RRB
Business Services, LLC. Irvin has a solid background in the areas of
individual and corporate income taxes, as well as general business
consulting. In addition, he is a trained mediator. Irvin has particular
expertise in the not- for-profit area including private schools and
service organizations. He has served in a variety of leadership
positions in several not-for-profit organizations.
Rick Bernstein provides
accounting and tax services to clients in a variety of industries,
including retail, wholesale distribution, professional and hospitality.
Rick is a certified valuation analysis (CVA) as well as a CPA. He has
prepared business valuations for estate and gift planning purposes and
as part of civil litigation in which he has also been called as expert
witness. Rick is the groups liaison with the International Association
of Practising Accountants. He has served on the United States Chapter
of IAPA executive committee and is a past President.
Steven Rothschild is an
honors graduate of Babson College, Boston, MA and has a BS degree in
accounting and finance. Along with being a CPA Steve is also a
Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is the second generation of
financial professionals in his family. He started his career at Ernst
& Young auditing publicly traded companies. He also worked for
Mutual of Omaha’s Medicare division, supervising and performing the
Medicare audits of hospitals and outpatients facilities. Steve is a
member of the Financial Planners Association and the Health Care
Compliance Association.
Howard Ginsburg is the
firm’s tax manager. He has been with RRB since 1989 and has over 20
years of tax experience. In addition to his work with RRB, Howard has
worked for Arthur Andersen and Laventhal & Horwath. His areas of
expertise include multi-state, inpatriate and expartriate taxation. He
is a member of both the Georgia and New York Societies of CPAs. He is a
frequent guest speaker for various business and civic organizations on
the topic of “Basics of U.S. Taxation”. He is also fluent in Hebrew
